主讲人介绍:
    Astrida Miceikiene is a doctor of economics and a professor of institute Economics, accounting and finance. She is also the dean of the faculty Economics and management at Aleksandras Stulginskis university, Lithuania. She is President of alumni club “ASU alumni”, accredited consultant on implementation of the LEADER method at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania, accredited consultant on handling of accounting of economic activities at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania. She is member of Eurasia Business and Economics Society, Member of Kaunas club of Financiers of Kaunas Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts. Professor Astrida Miceikiene has published 6 books and over 50 refereed journal articles on optimal taxation in agriculture, risk and viability of farmers. 

内容介绍:
    This presentation will give a brief introduction about the life and study in Lithuania, including study process in universities and colleges of Lithuania, study programs and student’s experience. The presentation will also give an introduction about Aleksandras Stulginskis university: including the structure, faculty, study programs, student’s life. Lithuania is a country crossroad between west and east Europe, and throughout its complicated history it has developed a unique culture, which encompasses both deep respect for traditions and robust wish to learn and innovate. We are members of EU and NATO, and are among the most bilingual and educated nations in Europe, however costs of living here are lower than in western countries, which makes Lithuania great for tourism, education or business.
