主讲人简介:
Professor Zeng has been on the faculty of School of Business at Worcester Polytechnic Institute since the fall of 1999. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Department of Supply Chain and Information Systems at the Pennsylvania State University, an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington, and a B.S. in Industrial Management Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Dr. Zeng has extensive research, teaching, consulting, and advising experiences in the fields of operations, supply chain, and logistics management. Her research expertise lies in two areas: (1)risk management tactics and strategies based on decision analysis and optimization approach; and (2) global sourcing decision and process analysis.
内容简介:
This seminar summarizes my past few years’ work in the field of risk management in supply chains and describes the following areas of my research interests and efforts:(1) sourcing decision under risk; (2) supplier coordination under disruption risk; (3) infrastructural risk analysis and assessment; and (4) disruption recovery in public transport systems. I will present details of my findings, on-going activities, and future projects, and solicit feedback from the audience.
