内容简介:
Risk Matrix is a table that has several categories of probability, likelihood or frequency on its rows (or columns) and several categories of severity, impact, or consequence on its columns (or rows). It associates a recommended level of risk, urgency, priority, or management action associated with each column-row pair (i,e, cell). Risk Matrix can set priorities and guide resource allocation, and Risk Matrix is Widely praised and adopted as simple, effective approaches to risk management.
