李果,男,湖南沅陵人。2009年12月毕业于华中科技大学,获管理学博士学位。美国伍斯特理工学院访问学者,The International Society of Applied Intelligence会员,担任《International Journal of Advanced Pervasive and Ubiquitous Computing》副主编,多个SCI收录期刊和国际会议的审稿人。2010年入选“12BET优秀青年教团队助计划(跨学科合作)”,2011年再次入选“12BET优秀青年教团队助计划(教学类)”,现主持国家自然科学基金项目2项(No.71102174, 71372019),北京市自然科学基金项目、北京市哲学社会科学基金项目和教育部博士点基金项目各1项,作为骨干力量曾参与国家自然科学基金项目5项(其中重点项目1项)、国家973项目1项和国家863项目1项,在国内外重要学术期刊上发表论文30多篇,其中SCI/EI收录20余篇,国家自然科学基金委管理科学部认定的重要期刊上发表7篇,参与编写学术专著1本。

We investigates the impact of two time-based payment contracts in an assembly system that consists of one assembler and two suppliers, in which both suppliers' production times are stochastic. The assembler is able to initially select the contract type, and the suppliers have to simultaneously choose their production lead times. We show that from the supplier's perspective, on-time payment contract is always the better option, since it eliminates the horizontal decentralization from the other's. Differently, the delay payment contract is the assembler's dominant option if only he is able to set a buffer time before the consumer's demand arrives. This is because the buffer time helps the assembler to mitigate the possible delay risk that caused by the suppliers' decentralization under the delay payment contract. We also find that by using the buffer time, supply chain achieves the same service level under either the centralized condition or the decentralized condition with different payment contracts. These results are robustness to extend to the system that contains N independent suppliers.
