内容简介:
The solar power generation market in Asia is poised for expansion on the back of favourable policy environments and falling costs of solar components. The presentation gives a comparative analysis and review of solar PV policies in India, Thailand and Malaysia. The comparison will cover tariff structures, allocation policies and effective cost of carbon mitigation through solar PV in the three countries considered. In particular, the presentation will focus on examining the design and deployment of solar power policies, measuring and comparing the form and quantum of state support, and estimating the cost of carbon mitigation through solar power.
