艾凤义,12BET管理与经济学院组织与人力资源管理系教师,博士。研究方向为中小企业的组织行为与人力资源;家族企业;主持教育部人文社科基金一项,参与多项国家自科基金项目。在《中国管理科学》、《管理工程学报》等发表论文20余篇。
内容简介:
De-familization has been a focus of family firms now. De-familization refers to the process that family's influence on firms changes from large to small, even fully disappears. In allusion to famous family firms’ continuous de-familization in China, and public opinion that de-familization is an inexorable trend for family firms, we start this research. The research include four parts:(1) The revision of family influence model in China’s situation;(2)The impact of family influence on employees’ organizational citizenship behavior, taking psychological ownership as mediator; (3)The conceptual system and evaluation methods of firm performance and family performance, analyzing their dynamic relationship;(4)The action mechanism of family influence on firm performance and family performance,taking organizational citizenship behavior as a conduction factor in the process of “influence -performance”.
