内容简介:
Over the last 32 years since China initiated economic reforms and its open-door policy, it has been transformed from a poor nation almost completely isolated from the global economy to the second largest economy in the world. Knowledge spillover from the developed countries is an important factor for this change. This research explored the relationship between the international flow of human resources and knowledge spillovers through analyzing the sample data of Chinese SME on Human Mobility of overseas returnee. Eventually, it reached that the international flow of human resources is an important path of knowledge spillover effects except for FDI.
