内容简介:
In this presentation I will first briefly introduce the history of European Community Innovation Survey (CIS). I will then present a study that uses data from the Community Innovation Survey to classify firms into five discrete categories based on their innovative capabilities. Two categories involve R&D and three do not. The association between information sourcing and risk reduction strategies with capabilities is examined through a multinomial logit model. The results show that there is an ordered relationship between knowledge sourcing and risk strategies and innovative capability.
