    袁嘉副教授分别于北京大学（1999）、俄亥俄州立大学（2004）和明尼苏达大学（2009）获得经济学本科、硕士和博士学位，并于2009年开始在澳门大学经济系任教，2015年晋升副教授。目前研究方向为环境经济、区域经济，在国内外主流经济学期刊发表文章二十余篇。

内容介绍：

    Transport infrastructure can significantly change the spatial distribution of land value. We investigate the impact of 1,318-km Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail (BSH) in China, which reduce the land travel time from 16 to 5 hours, on the land market near HSR stations. Using a D-in-D approach with land transactions near traditional railroads as control group, we find that BSH raised land value significantly. Meanwhile, we also estimate the land value distribution around the BSH after its construction.
