邓英欣,现任12BET组织与人力资源管理系助理教授、特别副研究员、硕士生导师。在北京大学获得工业与组织心理学博士学位。从事组织管理相关研究,研究方向包括新员工社会化、主动性、职场人际互动、领导行为与团队管理、职业发展培训与干预等。担任职业生涯发展领域国际权威期刊 Journal of Vocational Behavior 编委,中国应用社会心理学专业委员会委员。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目等课题,相关研究成果发表在 Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology 等管理学领域国际顶级和重要期刊。
