A series of activities of the first career-experiencing week took place in the hall of chemical experiment center, liangxiang, during 1st and 2nd of December, 2018, with over 600 students took part in it. The activities were sponsored by school of management& economics and supported by Career Advice Center and School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.

The seven activities of career-experiencing week were divided into three parts: self-exploring, career-exploring and career methodology. The activities aimed at helping students set up lucid orientation and lofty ideals, figure out what abilities would be required for specific careers and develop the idea of the overall situation.

Impressions of students involved:

Zhuoran Ma (2018): Career-experiencing week benefited me a lot, one of the most profound activities is the "four parts of life", through the questions and answers we learn more about our own characteristics and goals for future development, I have clearer future plans now, hope this activity can continue and provide guidance and help to more people.

Zijun Zhang (2018): Through this activity, I know myself more fully. The workplace is only one step away, but it is especially strange for m e. The school designed a number of small games and evaluation, showed us the ability needed for each career in a fun and intuitive way, provided us a new idea and planning for our own future.

Mengxi Pan (volunteer): The perspective of volunteer could enable me to experience the career planning activity more comprehensively and understand the significance of career planning for college students more profoundly. Career planning is not as simple as we thought, it required us to spend time thinking about our strengths and weaknesses, and then plan our future path.
