According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education on recruiting high-level sports teams, Beijing Institute of Technology will continue to recruit high-level sports teams nationwide in 2021.The specific enrollment methods are as follows:

I. Enrollment sports and enrollment plan

The enrollment plan of our high-level sports team in 2021 is 37 people, which is based on the principle of selecting the best from the best and putting quality before quantity. The enrollment plan of each sport is as follows:

1. Track and field

The short distance and hurdle, middle-distance running, throwing and jumping shall not exceed 7 people, and the total plan of this category shall not exceed 18 people.Track and field category does not recruit pole vault, hammer throw, men's all-around events.

2. Men's football

The total plan of this category shall not exceed 11 people.

Candidates’ qualification shall be determined according to the national unified test results by each position.

3. Martial arts

Candidates’ qualification shall be determined according to the national unified test results by each routine.

II. Registration conditions

1. Applicants who meet the requirements for the recruitment of high-level sports teams by the Ministry of Education and meet one of the following conditions can apply:

(1) High school graduates, with the certificate of national second-class(including) or above athletes, and the main players in top six teams or top three individual players at the provincial level (including) or above competitions;

(2) Those who have the same academic ability from senior secondary education and have obtained the certificate of national first-class athletes (including) or above, or the main players who have won the top eight in national (or international) team competitions in the past three years.

2. Candidates who participate in the high-level sports team test should take the college entrance examination registration uniformly organized by the provincial recruitment office where their registered permanent residence is located.Candidates who apply for the examination with the same academic ability must provide a learning certificate and transcript equivalent to the senior secondary education, and the provincial education administrative department shall assist our school to determine their qualifications.

3. Men's football category only recruit national first level athletes (11 player football) and above certificate, and the main players of the top 16 team in the National Youth Campus Football League (high school men's finals) or China High School Football Championship (high school men's group) , or the main players of the top eight teams in China Middle School Students Football Association Cup (high school men's group). Men's high jump events only recruit national first-class athletes or above.

3. Online registration

1. Online registration

Online registration is open from 12:00, December 28,2020 to 8:00, January 8,2021. All the candidates who apply for the high-level sports team enrollment of our school need to log in the "Special Type of Enrollment Registration Platform" (https: / / gaokao.chsi.com.Register online for cn / zzbm / gspyddbm) and upload the registration materials as required.The uploaded materials include:

(1) Application form for the 2021 High-level Sports Team of Beijing Institute of Technology (printed by the system, signed and stamped with the official seal of the middle school.Please note that the application form version number uploaded to the registration system must be consistent with the registration system);

(2) Sports level certificate (the certificate must be checked in the "Athletes' Technical Level Comprehensive Inquiry System" of the General Administration of Sport of China. If the grade certificate is still in the process, the certification materials of relevant departments shall be provided), and the competition results certification materials corresponding to the grade certificate are clear and electronic scanned pieces;

(3) Clear electronic scanning of the competition order note book, results note book, relevant achievement certificates and other materials.

When registering, candidates for men's football must clearly fill in the position on the field, and candidates for martial arts must clearly fill in the test routine events.

According to the registration situation of the candidates, the admission office will conduct a preliminary examination of the application materials, and the candidates can check the preliminary examination results through the registration system after 12:00 on January 11th.

IV. On-site audit and test arrangement

1. Men's football and martial arts

Candidates who apply for men's football and martial arts will participate in the national unified test according to the preliminary examination. The specific arrangement will be separately notified by the General Administration of Sport of China, and our school will no longer organize the school examination (General Administration of Sport of China website: http: / / www.sport.gov.For cn / kjs /), candidates do not need to attend the on-site audit and special tests on January 17th.

2. Track and field

(1) Qualification examination time: On the morning of January 17,2021, please enter the school at 8:30-9:00;

(2) Entrance gate: Southeast Gate of Beijing Institute of Technology (cannot enter the school through other gates);

(3) The required materials for examination: the application form, ID card and the grade certificate (the certificate must be inquired in the "Athletes' Technical Grade Comprehensive Inquiry System" of the General Administration of Sport of China), the competition order note book, the results note book and the original relevant achievement certificates. If the grade certificate is in process, please provide the certification materials of the relevant departments and submit the sports grade certificate within the specified time.The materials provided by the examinee must be true. If there is a fraud, once verified, the examination and identification qualification will be immediately canceled ;

(4) Audit process: Candidates wait in the corresponding classroom and review the materials in turn.Those who pass the examination will print the admission ticket on site and participate in the follow-up test.Failure to conduct a field audit shall be deemed automatically waived.

(5) Professional test time: on the afternoon of January 17,2021, please refer to the admission ticket for details;

(6) Entrance gate: Southeast gate of Beijing Institute of Technology (cannot enter the school through other gates);

(7) Test content and requirements: the track and field test events must be consistent with the certificated evens. Women's all-around test: hurdles, javelin and high jump; the on-site test results were evaluated against the top eight results of the previous year's Beijing University Games and the national standard of athletes.

V. Identification and publicity

In accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, for the candidates who passed the test of our school and pass the test of high-level sports teams in our province, our school will identify and publicize the qualification according to the candidates ' sports test results and the construction needs of the school's high-level sports team:

1. Candidates who pass the sports test and have a training future will be admitted when the college entrance examination score reaches the second batch of undergraduate admission control score line in their province.

2. Candidates with outstanding results in sports tests and have promising prospects will be admitted when the college entrance examination scores reach 65% of the second batch of undergraduate admission control score line in their province.

3. Candidates who have achieved outstanding results in sports tests and won the titles of first-class athletes, national athletes or international athletes can take the separate enrollment examination organized by the General Administration of Sport of China. Those who pass the separate examination will be admitted by our school (they can be exempted from the national unified examination for ordinary college enrollment).Refer to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education for the relevant requirements of the separate examination.

In the provinces that cancel the second batch of undergraduate admission control score line, the enrollment shall implement the policy in accordance with the other relevant regulations of the provinces.

Note: After the national unified test of football and martial arts, our school will determine and publicize the qualified list according to the unified test results and sports team construction needs; If the athletes have the same scores in the national unified test, they will be admitted in the order of: national athletes, first-level and second-level athletes.

Vi. Other instructions

1. According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, candidates are only allowed to bring their ID cards, valid negative nucleic acid test certificate within 7 days, and show their "Beijing Health Code" (green code) to attend the examination and test. Other accompanying personnel and vehicles are refused to enter the school.

2. There is no fee for the selection examination of the high-level sports team in our school. The candidates will pay for all the expenses during the period. All the candidates who participate in the test of our school must buy the "personal accident insurance", and submit the original insurance policy during the on-site review.

3. Candidates are strictly prohibited to practice fraud or use prohibited drugs, otherwise the examination qualification and results shall be canceled, and the relevant personnel and units shall be investigated for responsibility according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education.Before the special sports test, the candidates will sign the Letter of Commitment to accept doping examination and not to use doping. According to the requirements of the documents of the Ministry of Education, the doping sampling of track and field athletes will be conducted, and the candidates who refuse to sign the letter of commitment or refuse to accept the doping examination will be deemed as voluntarily giving up the examination qualification.

4. High-level athletes will be admitted to the Department of International Economics and Trade, School of Management and Economics, and have a length of five years.

5. After the freshmen enter the school, our school will conduct a sport level review of the freshmen.Any fraud found will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education until the admission qualification is canceled.

6. Follow-up notice of matters not covered in this brochure.In case of circumstances that may affect the enrollment and examination process due to force majeure such as the epidemic and other force majeure factors, our university will make corresponding adjustments according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in Beijing and issue relevant notices on the undergraduate enrollment website.

7. The final interpretation right of this admission guidelines is in the Admission Office of Beijing Institute of Technology.If the enrollment policy of the Ministry of Education for high-level sports teams has undergone changes in 2021, the latest policy of the Ministry of Education shall prevail.
