At 9:00 a.m. on April 4, 2023, Dr. Liu Jiamou, a senior lecturer at the University of Auckland, New Zealand, was invited to deliver an academic report entitled "Building Relationships – Algorithm Research in Social Network Analysis" in the 317 conference room of the main building. More than 20 teachers and doctoral and master's students from the School of Management and Economics participated in this academic activity.Dr. Liu Jiamou shared the best strategy for building social networks from the perspective of individuals, groups and the whole network. Teachers and students of the School of Management and Economics conducted in-depth academic discussions on dynamic network construction, information processing, information increment, structural Information theory, structural entropy, the relationship between information volume and randomness, Localform and globalnorm, etc. The report received unanimous praise from the attending teachers and students.
