On the afternoon of November 9, Mr. Liu Su, part-time professor of Ivey Business School, shared the experience of Ivey case development, case teaching and domestic and foreign case competitions for teachers and students of the school through the Tencent conference.

Professor Liu Su first shared the ideas of decision-making case writing and the key points in the decision-making framework. Then, combined with his rich experience in developing Harvard case, Ivey case and Baiyou case for many years, I shared the case writing comparison based on interviews and public information. And through vivid metaphors, I summarized the personal experience of Yi Wei's case writing.

In the question and answer session of the lecture, Mr. Liu Su gave meticulous answers to the teachers’ questions in case development and teaching. Finally, on behalf of all teachers and students in the case center, Mr. Yi expressed his gratitude to Mr. Liu Su for his wonderful sharing, and looked forward to further exchanges on case development and teaching in the future.
