On April 13th, [Mingli Lecture Hall, 19th, 2021] was lucky enough to invite Associate Professor Liu Zhaopeng of Shandong University to bring you an academic report entitled "For the sake of my family: Understanding unethical pro-family behavior in the workplace".Nearly 70 teachers and students from the School of Management and Economics attended the report online, and some teachers and students participated in the report offline through collective viewing.The report is presided over by teacher Wang Ying of the deaprtment

In the report, Liu first introduced the research background and the definition of pro-family immoral behavior, and distinguished the related concepts of pro-family unethical behavior.Later, Liu detailed the development process of the pro-family immoral behavior scale, including entry selection, assessment of content validity, exploratory factor analysis and verification factor analysis.Later, Liu also explored the previous causes of pro-family immoral behavior.Finally, Mr.Liu analyzed the theoretical and practical contributions of the research.

The whole report was full of dry goods, vivid and interesting, which aroused great interest from the teachers and students, and launched a heated discussion and exchange, which received unanimous praise from the teachers and students.

Liu Zhaopeng, pre-appointed associate professor at the School of Management of Shandong University, Ph.D. from Antai School of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiaotong University, and Joint Cultivation of Doctoral Candidates of Rutgers University, United States Sponsored by the National Public. The main research areas include employee behavior ethics, new employee socialization and pro-social motivations. Many papers have been published in Journal of Organizational Behavior and other journals. Won the“Best International Paper Award”at the 2019 American Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Annual Meeting, one of the best papers at the 2019 American Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meeting, and the 2020 American Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meeting OB Group "AOM Meeting Best Paper Award" etc.
