I. Program Introduction
Executive Master of Business Administration, EMBA, is a master's degree education on the job for senior enterprise managers.
EMBA Education focuses on cultivating enterprise decision makers and middle and high-level enterprise professional managers.To grasp the world political and economic trends, for enterprises to innovate, develop and grow on the world and Chinese economic stage, and cultivate senior decision-making management talents with the world awareness, awareness of the Chinese nation and vision to solve the practical problems of enterprise management.
Through EMBA learning, managers become more sensitive, enterprises can seize the opportunity in continuous competition; can obtain more comprehensive development. EMBAs have noble business ethics, have strong pioneering and innovative leadership ability, master the systematic modern management knowledge and the latest trends of international economy and technological development, have an international business strategic mind and decision-making ability to take the overall situation, to meet the needs of international competition.
II. Program qualification
In 2002, it was approved by the Ministry of Education as one of 30 institutions to award an EMBA degree
In 2011, it passed the AMBA international certification, passed the re-certification in 2014, and passed the third certification in 2020
In 2015, it passed the EQUIS international certification and the re-certification in 2018
In 2016, it passed Chinese Advanced Management Education Accreditation (CAMEA)
In 2018, the business administration degree was awarded Category A in the National Professional Degree Level Assessment
In 2019, it passed the AACSB international certification
III. Training goals
With the integration of the global economy and the rise of the new economy, the Chinese enterprises are facing an increasingly fierce market competition environment, and the enterprise senior managers urgently need to systematically learn new management knowledge and improve their management ability.Beijing Institute of Technology EMBA education focuses on the international development of Chinese economy and the theoretical frontier of enterprise management research, in order to meet the requirements of private enterprise management modernization, multinational company management localization, takes cultivating high quality, international management talents as duty, committed to cultivating local business elites who can grasp the pulse of the international market and lead first-class enterprises.
IV. Enrollment information
Registration conditions
1. Citizens of the People's Republic of China;
2. Support the leadership of the CPC, have good moral character and abide by the law;
3. The physical health condition meets the physical examination requirements stipulated by the state and the school;
4. The examinee's academic degree (national education sequence) must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Personnel with 3 or more years of working experience after having a bachelor's degree (before September 1,2019);
(2) Personnel who have obtained a master's degree or a doctor's degree and have 2 or more years of working experience (before September 1,2020);
(3) Have 5 or more years of working experience after graduation from a junior college(before September 1,2017).
Registration methods
Online registration: In mid-to-late October 2021, candidates must visit the recruitment website (http: / / yz.chsi.com.cn /) to complete online registration (education qualification inspection) and pay the registration fee online (subject to the online registration notice)
On-site confirmation (or online confirmation): In the mid-November 2021, candidates will bring their valid certificates and the original graduation certificate for photo collection and on-site verification.Candidates who fail to pass the degree verification should bring the degree certificate report and other documents (subject to the notice of the graduate school)
Print the admission ticket: in mid-to-late December 2021
Examination process
Preliminary test time: late December 2021 (the specific time shall be subject to the documents of the Ministry of Education)
Preliminary test subjects: comprehensive ability (mathematics, logic, writing), English
Preliminary test method: unified written test, to participate in the national management examination
Retest policy: independent marking
Retest subjects: comprehensive quality interview, political assessment, oral English, listening English
Retest time is in the middle of March 2022 and the retest results will be released in late March.(the specific time shall be subject to the notice of the Joint Center for Professional Degree Education of the School of Management and Economics)
V. Admission
The school will determine the admission list according to the candidates' preliminary test results, retest results, ideological and political performance, and health status.
VI. Program information
Enrollment number
Planning to recruit 100 people (subject to the number announced by our Graduate School).
Tuition costs
Tuition is 280,000 yuan for two years and 140,000 yuan per year.Students are required to pay tuition by academic year at the time of registration.
Schooling system
The EMBA program only recruits part-time candidates. The basic length of schooling for part-time EMBA professional degree is 2 years, and the maximum shall not exceed 4 years.

Graduation certificate and degree diploma
Students who have completed the prescribed credits, completed the master's thesis and passed the thesis defense within the prescribed number of years will be granted a master's graduation certificate of Beijing Institute of Technology(indicating part-time) and a master's degree of Business Administration of Beijing Institute of Technology. Part-time and full-time graduate students go through the same examination and enrollment policies and training standards, and their academic and degree certificates have the same legal status and the same effect.
