About the Speaker:

He was engaged in international project management and international exchange work under the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, during which he participated in supporting the negotiation and implementation of the Minamata Convention on Mercury and took a temporary post in Guangxi. In 2018, he worked in Kenya as one of the first programme officers from the Ministry of Ecology and Environment assigned to the United Nations Environment Programme Headquarters (UNEP) and now works for the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) in the United Arab Emirates.
