Speaker Bio: Dr. Guan Haoguang is an Associate Professor of Management at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). He holds a PhD in Organisation and Strategy from Drexel University, USA, an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a Master's degree in Global Business and Management from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Dr Kwan's research interests focus on work-family balance, training, leadership and deviant behaviour. He has published more than 80 articles in internationally renowned academic journals, including Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies He has published more than 80 articles in academic journals including Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Personnel Psychology, Human Resource Management and Journal of Business Ethics. According to Google Scholar, Dr Guan's research has been cited more than 5,000 times and has a certain influence in the academic community.


Brief description of the report.


This report discusses how sexual harassment affects the work and family of victimised employees and suggests how companies can prevent and deal with sexual harassment in the workplace.
