Speaker Profile:

Li Guiquan, Ph.D. in management, researcher and doctoral supervisor of the School of Psychology and Cognitive Sciences, Peking University, Tianjin 131 Innovative Talents. Dr. Li Guiquan's main research directions are leadership, following, individual behavior and motivation, etc., especially focusing on the micro-psychological process in the interaction of leaders and subordinates. The relevant results have been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Business Ethics, Leadership Quarterly, "Nankai Management Review" and other management journals, presided over the National Natural Science Foundation of China, youth and other projects. Dr. Li Guiquan serves as a reviewer for many journals including Personnel Psychology, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Business Research, Management World, Nankai Management Review, and Journal of Management.

Introduction to the report:

Leadership research has always been a hot topic in the fields of organizational behavior and human resource management. Dr. Li Guiquan will combine his scientific research experience and take several recent research projects as examples to reflect on the research in the field of leadership, and look forward to the future key research directions in this field.
