In the face of increasingly severe resource and environmental constraints, the development of low-carbon energy has become the trend. However, the development of low-carbon energy can have complex effects on economy, environment and society. The report will be represented by two low-carbon energy sources, wind and natural gas, environmental impact assessment and economic cost-benefit analysis for wind and natural gas.
