On August 24,2023, the opening ceremony of Beijing Institute of Technology-Xinjiang Class, the leading management talent of small and medium-sized enterprises of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, was held in Classroom 241, main building of Zhongguancun Campus of Beijing Institute of Technology. Bai Xiao, director of Talent Service Department of Talent Exchange Center of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Zhang Hua, Director of Enterprise Department of Industry and Information Technology Department of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Liu Zebing, Executive Director of SME Association; Wang Zhaohua, Dean of the School of Management and Economics of Beijing Institute of Technology, Chen Xiang, Vice Dean, Wu Shuilong, Assistant Dean and Director of Professional Degree Center, and all the entrepreneurs of Xinjiang class attended the opening ceremony. The ceremony was hosted by Zhang Zhen.

The opening ceremony kicked off with the national anthem. Dean Wang thanked the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and entrepreneurs for their support to the school training. At the same time, he hoped that students could stay true to their original aspiration, keep their mission firmly in mind, continue to carry forward the leading role of leading entrepreneurs, work hard and go forward bravely.

Director Zhang Hua thanked the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Beijing Institute of Technology for their support to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. He hoped that the students could gain new achievements through this training, increase their knowledge, study theoretical knowledge and strictly abide by the learning discipline.

Director Bai Xiao introduced a series of policies and measures to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Talent Exchange Center of Industry and Information Technology, as well as the project characteristics of "leading talents".
