In order to promote the exchange and cooperation between young teachers, improve the overall quality of young teachers in teaching, scientific research, on September 27,2021, Beijing Institute of Technology School of Management and Economics held in zhongguancun campus young teachers federation (hereinafter referred to as the "youth union") founding ceremony, and the first activities of the union. Dean Wang Zhaohua, Yan Zhijun, Secretary of the Party Committee, Assistant Dean, Director of Department of the Department of Organization and Human Resources, and Wang Ke, Director of the Department of Management Engineering attended the ceremony. A total of 25 new teachers recruited in the nearly six years attended the ceremony.The ceremony was hosted by Professor Qu Shen.

Secretary Yan Zhijun introduced the situation and the original intention of the Youth Union.The Youth Union is an organization under the leadership of the Party Committee of the School and voluntarily formed by the young teachers. The original intention is to build a communication and service platform for the young teachers, and it is committed to cultivating the future elites and leaders.

At the ceremony, Dean Wang Zhaohua and Secretary Yan Zhijun jointly issued the Youth Union plate to the first council of the Youth Union.

Dean Wang Zhaohua congratulated on the establishment of the Youth Union, and introduced the school situation to the new teachers from the aspects of its historical evolution, vision and mission, discipline setting, superior resources, scientific and technological innovation achievements and future construction tasks.He encouraged all new teachers to play an active role in scientific research and innovation, talent training and public services, and carry forward the spirit of entrepreneurship.
