September 3rd, at 19:00, Professor Pei Rong, Director of the Sino-foreign Family Business Joint Research Center, hosted a refreshing academic report at Room 216 of the main building. Dr. Hung-bin Ding from Loyola University, Maryland, United States, made a presentation on the relationship between venture capital performance and dynamic capabilities. More than 30 teachers and students from the Department of Marketing and Department of Management listened to the report.
Dr. Ting graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, the oldest American engineering university, and now work in Loyola University School of Management. Maryland. His research interests focus on the family business, entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility, organizational legitimacy and prestige, and initial public offering. Dr. Ting shared his recent research: "Dynamic capabilities and venture performance".
