On the morning of March 1, 2017, Dr. Cheng Yu, Peking University's Modern Agriculture Insitute, visited our school and presented an academic report entitled "Climate Change and Dynamic Adjustment of Agricultural TFP: A Cross-regional Comparison of Broadacre Farms in Australia". A number of teachers and students attended the report. The report was hosted by Associate Professor Wang Ke.
Dr. Cheng currently serves at Peking University Institute of Modern Agriculture, and is also a senior researcher at the Institute of Agricultural and Resources Economics in Australia. His main research areas are climate change and its impacts on agricultural production.
