July 4, 2016, in the morning, Prof. Luo Dan from Reading University Henley Business School gave a lecture entitled "Perk Consumption and Bank Performance: A case study based on Chinese Commercial Banks" at the invitation of the Department of Accounting and Economics. The lecture mainly introduced Professor Luo Dan’s new research results. This study is based on the direct link between the Chinese bank and the government and the general lack of incentives for CEOs in China's commercial banks. Case studies on the topic of non-cash compensation and bank performance have been carried out. Prof. Luo Dan also held discussion with students on equity remuneration and enterprise innovation.
