May 12, 2016, in the afternoon, Professor Ye Gang, National Northeastern University, Japan, visited the School of Economics and Management and made a speech entitled "How to look at Japanese enterprise customer first, production first".
Professor Ye Gang took Toyota's customer service for example, and introduced how Toyota and its four dealers use permanent car showrooms to learn consumer needs. Meanwhile, Professor Ye Gang introduced Japanese-style production methods, showing to the SME students and faculty how Japanese companies through meeting consumer requirements for products and prices, make production as the fundamental business.
