December 3, 2013,  to observe the World Disabled Day, Beijing Xicheng District Disabled Persons Federation and Beijing Xicheng District Cultural Committee jointly hosted " Chinese Dream • the first Xicheng Distric visually impaired person speech contest".  Graduate students from the class of 2013 and sport students from the class of 2010 volunteered in the contest.
The contest successfully concluded, and our volunteer service work has been given high praise by the contest participants and the Federation.
