November 12, 2013 at noon , teacher Li Guo from the Department of Technical Economics and Management gave a presentation at conference room 418 in the main building. He introduced his research paper entitled: "The implication of time-based payment contract in the decentralized assembly system".
 Li Guo analyzed suppliers and manufacturers optimal decision with two payment contract ( timely payments and delayed payments ) under decentralized assembly system. The luncheon embraced lively atmosphere and achieved good communication results.

Li Guo , male, born in Yuanling, Hunan province. December 2009, graduated from Central China University of Technology with a PhD in management . U.S. Worcester Polytechnic Institute visiting scholar. Published more than 30 papers in domestic and foreign academic journals , including 20 papers on SCI / EI journals, 7 papers on major journals identified by the Department of Management Sciences, National Natural Science Foundation. Coauthored 1 monograph.
