November 2013 9-10, the 13th National Conference on Science and Technology Evaluation was held in Shanghai. The conference was co-sponsored by the China Science and Technology Policy Research Society and the magazine "Scientific Research Management ". Shanghai University School of Management and Chinese Academy of Management Innovation and assessment Research Centre co-hosted the meeting. More than 200 representatives from universities and research institutions across the country attended the seminar. Professor Liu Yun and his research group were invited to participate in this conference. The task force members include Dr. Wang Gangbo , Hou Yuanyuan and Yang Fangjuan and Associate Professor Tang Li from Shanghai University of Finance.

The conference received a total of more than 300 papers. A paper co-authored by Associate Professor Tang Li and Professor Liu Yun was named the best paper of the conference .
