Gao briefly described his research interests and school experience, and then gave a detailed report on his research on organization creativity. The impact of individual - organizational values fit on employee creativity and organizational leadership potential interactions. Gao also introduced empirical research methods of polynomial regression and response analysis. The exchange atmosphere is lively, and achieved good communication results.
