October 29, 2013 at noon, at Conference Room 418 of the Main Building, teacher Huang Lu from the the Experimental Teaching Center, shared her international cooperation ideas and gavea report on a paper she presented in the 2013 International Engineering and Technology Management Annual Conference in the United States in this July.
Huang Lu first reviewed in timeline her participation in international cooperation since 2008, and shared the collaboration experience with foreign universities, foreign enterprises and students training in recent years.
The paper mainly studied how to use the data and quantitative analysis methods to serve target selection in enterprise technology acquisition.

Huang Lu, graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology, PhD. In Management Science and Engineering. Main research directions are mergers and acquisitions and technological innovation. September 2008 to October 2009, visiting scholar to the United States Georgia Institute of Technology. Published more than 30 articles. Currently maintain a close co-operation with Georgia Institute of Technology, University of Manchester, UK, France Marne - Ravallion University, Sweden SKF, France Inergy Automotive Systems.
