May 24, 2013, invited by the Beijing Institute of Technology Energy and Environmental Policy Research Center Director, Dean Professor Wei Yiming, researcher Tang Xinjin, Chinese Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science gave a report entitled "Some research on comprehensive integrated system methodology ". Deputy Dean Professor Wang Zhaohua hosted the lecture. More than 30 teachers and graduate students attended the report.

The report started from a comprehensive integrated system approach proposed by Qian Xuesen and introduced the discipline’s current development status. Dr. Tang also elaborated "Group support research", "comprehensive integrated approach" and "qualitative comprehensive integrated support technology" and also provided a number of application cases.
