May 4 2013, at 9:00am, the School of Management and Economics hosted an alumni inspirational lecture "Life Strategic Performance" in the Auditorium of Building 7. Our MBA alumni of year 1994, postdoctoral in government administration in Peking University, the state-enterprise performance appraisal consultant Miss Yin Lingqing shared with the graduate students "Life Strategic Performance". The seminar was organized by the Communist Youth League of the School of Management and Economics as one of the "My China Dream" theme educational series. Youth League secretary Peng MingXue, research committee secretary Liang Hao, vice secretary Guo Yang, and teacher Zhao from the MBA Center attended the meeting.
Miss Yin Lingqing started with enterprise performance evaluation, shared her thinking and practice on life strategic performance managment.

Yin LingQing, female, Beijing Institute of Technology 1994 MBA alumni, postdoctoral at Peking University School of Government, currently works in the central SASAC mainly engaged in the enterprises performance assessment. She has in-depth research on performance appraisal, and creatively put forward "strategy performance appraisal", and “Chinese characteristics” economic value added assessment (CEVA). Published a monograph "Strategic performance appraisal". Published dozens of papers on "Management World", "Study Times", "state-owned assets management", "Shanghai State-owned Assets" and other journals.
