Dr. Meng Bo Talks on Interregional Carbon Emissions


 
March 30 2013, in the afternoon, Dr. Meng Bo, researcher at the Japan Asia Center for Economic Research, was invited to visit our school and gave a wonderful report entitled "China's Interregional Spillover of Carbon Emissions and Domestic Supply Chains: An Input-Output Analysis". Dr. Meng Bo, as member of OECD Trade Value-added Research Experts Committee, and Visiting Fellow of the U.S. International Trade Commission, has a wealth of the research experiences. His main research directions are international value chains, input-output model, spatial computable in general equilibrium model, low-carbon economics. The report was chaired by Associate Dean Wang Zhaohua. Dean Professor Wei Yiming and relevant teachers and students from the CEEP-BIT participated in the report.
