On the morning of March 1, 2013, Shen Bo，Chief Researcher of the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, USA，was invited to visit our school and give a report. The report was entitled: the latest development of the DSM. Associate Dean Professor Wang Zhaohua hosted the lecture. Dean Professor Wei Yiming as well as related teachers and students from the Energy and Environmental Policy Research Center participated in the report. Dr. Shen Bo first introduced the basic situation of the Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory. In the subsequent report, Shen talked about his own views on the DSM's development status, technical status, related bills and regulations, and management measures. He elaborated on the power energy efficiency, real-time pricing, the power Management negative control, technology differences between forecast and real-time DR.
