On the morning of August 10, 2018, the first meeting of the Joint Committee (Expanded) of the School of Economics and Management of Beijing Institute of Technology was successfully held in Room 345 of the main building. Wei Yiming, Dean of the School, Wang Zhaohua, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School, and members of the Joint Committee attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Wei Yiming.

　　At the meeting, Peng Mingxue, the deputy director of the Student Work, introduced the background and new situation of the school. The members of the joint committee were rigorous and serious, and the discussion was enthusiastic. Relevant proposals were put forward for various institutional documents.
