On June 13th, Dr. Shi Guanming from the School of Agriculture and Applied Economics of the University of Wisconsin-Madison shared with the teachers of our school on the experience of postgraduate education and teaching. Vice Dean Yan Zhijun attended the sharing meeting.

　　Dr. Shi Guanming shared the graduate and PhD programs of the University of Wisconsin, including research directions, application process, and study phase. At the same time, Dr. Shi also shared the construction of the faculty system at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and how teachers can obtain tenure, etc..
