The 6th SME Academic Experience Camp Successfully Held

  In order to give full play to the leading role of excellent scientific research teams and promote the close exposure of undergraduates to the charm of scientific research, the 6th “Academic Experience Camp” of the School of Management and Economics was successfully held in Administrative Building room 230 at 2:00 pm on April 14, 2018. Prof. Li Guo's team and 30 outstanding undergraduate students from the sophomore year to the third grade participated in the seminar. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Li Guo and doctoral student Li Lin was the keynote speaker.

  

  Prof. Li Guo briefly introduced the team members and the theme of the seminar, “The impact of product sharing behaviors between consumers on distribution channels”, and emphasized the importance of three points “self-study, persistence, and mastery of algorithms” in modern academic research.

  

  PhD student Li Lin took a paper on the impact of C2C product sharing on channel distributors and distributors as an example to compare the position of “profit erosion efficiency” and “value improvement efficiency”, and introduced the difference among productivity model, consumer strategic decision model, and the shared and non-shared market model, described the research methods of studying the effects of product sharing market on social welfare, and provided an in-depth explanation of the relationship between productivity, income, and sharing.
