December 3, 2011, Beijing Institute of Technology MBA Career Development Initiatives held the 8th activity series in human resources at Room 2006 of the Information Building. Part time MBA student Li-Min Wang, a human resources manager in Beijing Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., brought a speech entitled "Business employing standards".

Li-Min Wang worked in human resources in well-known Internet companies such as TOM network and Shanda. Currently work as a human resources manager for a large environmental protection company, China Mining Environment. She has extensive experience and practical operation in each module of human resources management.
