In order to further promote the construction of "curriculum ideological and political affairs" of the school and improve the professional level of young teachers, the basic skills competition of young teachers of the School of Management and Economics was successfully held in room 240 of the main building on August 23. A total of 11 young teachers from different disciplines competed together to show their style. The experts and judges of this competition are: Vice Dean Professor Tang Baojun, Professor Zhang Xiang, Professor Chen Xiang, Professor Xia Enjun, Professor Zhao Yutao, Associate Professor Sun Liyan of the Accounting Department, Vice Dean Guan Hong, and student representatives. The competition was hosted by Guan Hong.

The school attaches great importance to education and teaching, especially the training of young teachers. The 11 young teachers participate in the competitions of literature and history (ideological and political) and all English (bilingual) respectively, showing their basic teaching skills, teaching concepts and teaching style through the 20-minute classroom teaching.

The judges commented on the contestants one by one, gave high affirmation and praise to their performance, and also put forward valuable opinions and suggestions for the participating teachers.
