一、Personal Profile
Zhao Xian, male, born in Wen 'an, Hebei Province, Professor, doctoral supervisor and deputy Dean of School of Management and Economics, Beijing Institute of Technology.
He has been engaged in Research on system reliability and management and quality management for a long time, and served as the first author/corresponding author in the European Journal of Operational Research, IISE Transactions, Risk Analysis, Reliability Engineering & System Safety, IEEE Transactions on reliability and other journals have published more than 70 SCI/SSCI papers.
He has presided over five scientific research projects of the National Natural Science Foundation (Youth Fund, surface project, key project), as well as the Foundation of National defense Technology, the Doctoral Program Fund of the Ministry of Education, the Beijing Philosophy and Social Science Fund, and the Young Talents Plan of Beijing Colleges and Universities.
He has been selected into the Beijing Outstanding Talents Support Plan (2009), the Beijing University Young Talents Plan (2013), the New Century Outstanding Talents Support Plan of the Ministry of Education (2012), and the National Young Talents Plan (2021).
He is also the vice chairman and Secretary general of the Reliability Branch of the Chinese Operations Research Society, the Vice chairman of the Industrial Engineering Branch of the Chinese Research Society of Selective Method and Economic Mathematics, the standing director of the reliability Committee of the Chinese System Engineering Society, and the member of the 10th editorial committee of Systems Engineering and Electronic Technology.
Taught the undergraduate course of Management Operations Research, and successively won the second prize of National teaching Achievement (fourth complete person), National high-quality online open course (second presenter), national high-quality resource sharing course (second presenter), the first batch of national online first-class undergraduate courses (second presenter), and the second batch of national offline first-class undergraduate courses (person in charge). The 14th Fok Yingdong Education Foundation College Young Teacher Award, Beijing Young teaching teacher.
