On January 8, 2022, Mr. Ma Jianfeng, Managing Director and Chief Consultant of Beijing Vertex Blueprint Management Consulting Co., Ltd., was invited to give an online lecture entitled "Project Cluster Change Management Methodology-MSP (Managing Successful Program)". Mr. Ma Jianfeng has more than 20 years of experience in software/telecommunication/information technology R&D management. He is a standing member of China Project Management Research Committee and a technical expert of ISO TC258 Project Management Technical Committee of the International Organization for Standardization. Many years of experience in CMMI and other fields. As an internationally certified Project Portfolio Manager (MoP, P3O), Project Cluster Director (MSP) and Change Agent (PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO), he has led several business transformation and technological transformation projects.

The main contents of the lecture by Mr. Ma include: the theory and method of project cluster management, the relationship between organizational strategy and project cluster, the organizational structure of project group governance, the design method of program blueprint for the whole life cycle, program plan, project dependency Key issues such as gender management, project integration methodologies, change leadership, capability delivery, benefits management, and the seamless connection between change and operations.
