School of Management Hosts International Women's Day Themed Event

On March 7, on the eve of the 114th International Women's Day, the School of Management held a themed event on "Plant Care" in Room 345 of the main building on the Zhongguancun campus. The event was attended by the trade union chairman and deputy dean, Guan Hong, along with several faculty members and representatives of retired female teachers.

Guan Hong extended holiday greetings to the female faculty and staff of the school. She expressed that in the construction, reform, and development of the school, the female faculty and staff have played significant roles with their pioneering spirit and proactive attitude. Their contributions in teaching, research, management, and service have been invaluable to the school's high-quality development. She hoped that everyone would continue to maintain their entrepreneurial spirit, unite their efforts for the development of the school, and use their strength to create an even brighter future for the school.

Following this, a floral art teacher explained the habits and care techniques for various plants. The atmosphere was lively, with teachers sharing their experiences with one another. The event also featured an interactive quiz session with prizes. Participants eagerly answered questions and left with prizes, having not only learned about plant care but also strengthened their bonds with colleagues. It was a joyful and meaningful "Goddess Day."

The school plans to continue organizing a series of cultural activities to further enhance the cultural confidence of faculty and staff, boost their sense of happiness and belonging, and inspire their enthusiasm for contributing to the high-quality development of the school.
