August 12, 2015, the 13th 5-Year Plan Technological Innovation Major Strategy Consulting Projects Expert Seminar chaired by Professor Liu Yun, Beijing Institute of Technology School of Management and Economics, was held at meeting room 201 of the National Natural Science Fund Committee. Over 30 experts including NSFC department heads, the International Cooperation Bureau Chief Feng Feng, Policy Bureau Chief Zheng Yonghe and Audit Bureau Chief Chen Yue attdended the seminar. Professor Liu Yun, director of Beijing Institute of Technology Sci-Tech Innovation and Evaluation Management Research Center, Dr. Ye Xuanting and othe related doctoral students participated the meeting.
