"Customer Relationship Management" Mobile Classroom Held Successfully

 April 28, 2015, in the afternoon, the entire Business Adminstration 2012 class went to China Minsheng Bank Customer Service Beijing Operation Center and had a "Customer relationship management" mobile class there. The mobile classroom was organized by "Customer relationship management" Professor Ma Baolong. The teaching and learning purpose is to allow students to leave the campus, into the business, and understand how business operations for customer relationship management. Students could broaden their horizons while also gain a more profound understanding of ideas and techniques of managing customer relations.
