August 24-31, 2014, jointly organized by the Technical Innovation Research Center of Tsinghua University, Tsinghua University China Science and Technology Policy Research Center and China - Danish Science Education Center, the 10th CICALICS (the China Innovation Circles and Academy - Learning, Innovation and Competence Systems) Youth Academy Cum International Workshop was held in Tsinghua University. The event is divided into Academy and Workshop. Professor Liu Yun and doctoral student Yang Fangjuan participated in this international conference.
