At 4 pm on May 18th, Mr. Li Minggao, a senior partner of Ericsson Certified Public Accountants, was invited to give a report titled “Issues worthy of research on IPO financial accounting practices”.

　　First of all, Mr. Li Minggao introduced the latest trends, changes, and characteristics of China's A-shares and Hong Kong-listed IPOs. Subsequently, Mr. Li Minggao used Xiaomi as an example to analyze the financial reports of Xiaomi's IPO: is it a huge loss or a super-profit? Insolvency or capital is strong? Next, Mr. Li Minggao also talked about the "denial" of the IPO of the A-shares by the China Securities Regulatory Commission on a number of existing accounting standards. He combined his own years of work experience and research to further explain the background, reasons, rationality and influences.  Finally, Mr. Li Minggao also made a summary of the IPO financial accounting practice issues worth studying under the new economy, new era, and new supervision.

　　Mr. Li Minggao's entire report was lively and humorous. He elaborated on the top ten issues IPO review, so that the teachers and classmates who were present all felt they benefited greatly.
