On May 19, 2021, at the invitation of the School of Economics and Management Marketing Department, Dr. Zhou Chen, University of South Carolina, USA, gave a report entitled "Service Satisfaction-Market Share Relationships in Partnered Hybrid Offerings" at 2 pm in room 216 of the main building.
The report was hosted by Professor Ma Baolong, Director of Marketing Department. Over ten teachers as well as doctoral and graduate students from Marketing Department attended the report. Dr. Zhou's report is based on a research paper that she is about to publish in International Journal of Marketing. Products and services purchased by consumers in the current market may come from different vendors such as physical cars are provided by the car manufacturer, and sales and after-sales service provided by the 4S shop. The report explored the impact of relationship service satisfaction and service environment satisfaction on the service market share and product market share.
