In order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20^th CPC Congress and give full play to the role of the grass-roots Party branch, the Party branch of the National Economic Mobilization Center of the School of Management and Economics and the Party branch of Fangshan Doudian Town Qinyuanchun Community reached the intention of branch joint construction. The signing ceremony was held in Liangxiang Campus of Beijing Institute of Technology on the morning of April 12th. At the meeting, Liu Tiezhong, secretary of the Party branch of the National Economic Mobilization Center of the School of Management and Economics, communicated with Zhang Liansheng, secretary of Qinyuanchun Community, Doudian Town, Fangshan, on the key work contents and work ideas of the joint construction. Then the two sides signed a joint construction agreement.
