Recently, the Education Working Committee of Beijing Municipal Party Committee, Beijing Municipal Education Commission and Beijing Municipal Education Trade Union jointly released the "2024 Beijing College Young Teachers Demonstration (Advanced, Innovative) Teaching and Research Studio List", and our school was approved as a "Beijing University Young Teachers Innovation Teaching and Research Studio" for the first time.

Under the guidance of the trade union of the school, combined with the actual situation of teaching and research work of the School of Management, relying on the first prize winner and the team of the 13th Beijing University Young Teachers Teaching Basic Skills Competition (liberal Arts), the trade union has implemented the fundamental task of cultivating morality and achieved initial results. In the next step, the school will continue to coordinate the high-quality resources internal and external, rely on the studio to carry out the teaching ability improvement work of young teachers, increase the teaching skills training, consolidate the basic teaching skills, and help the career development of young teachers.
